At Martie, we strive to ensure every pantry staple arrives in perfect condition; however, due to the perishable nature of food items, we cannot accept physical returns once products have left our warehouse. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
Return Process

Upon arrival, carefully check your package for any signs of transit damage or missing items from your packing slip.

Take clear photos of the damaged goods or the incorrect product labels to help our quality control team process your claim.
- 3.Submit a Request

- 4.Receive Resolution
Once approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide Martie credit for your next grocery haul.
